We want you to be completely satisfied with your Onsen Secret experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Contact our beauty concierge team via email or our support portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes and include a copy of your invoice or a note with your RMA number clearly visible.

  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
